Interior plant installation & route maintenance — Miami-Dade County, Florida Mon–Fri 7:00am–4:00pm · (305) 224-7180

A ficus loses its lower leaves three weeks after it reaches a Brickell lobby. That is not a dying plant. That is acclimation.

We install live interior plants in Miami offices, lobbies, restaurants and condominium common areas — then come back on a route, week after week, and keep them alive.

Route service across Brickell, Downtown, Edgewater, Coral Gables, Coral Way and Doral. Any plant that fails under our care is replaced within ten days at no charge.

Why property managers keep us

Five reasons the contract gets renewed

Service & pricing

What we do, and what it costs

Everything below happens inside the customer's building. We are not a nursery, not a landscaper, and not a shipper of plants — we place living material in commercial interiors and then maintain it on a fixed route.

  • Install & placement from $340
  • Small route (to 20 plants) $145/mo
  • Standard route (to 45 plants) $265/mo
  • Lobby + amenity floor $480/mo
  • Seasonal color rotation $38 / planter
  • Root-wash & repot $22 / plant

Route frequency: weekly for lobbies and restaurants, every other week for suites under twenty plants.

Root-wash & repot

Salt crust flushed, old media out, fresh mix in — for plants held over from a previous vendor.

$22 per plant

Distilled water for calatheas and marantas: Miami tap chlorides brown the leaf edges within two visits. Small detail, and the reason those plants survive on our routes.

Questions we actually get asked

Including the two awkward ones

Why is a plant company called GROUP IVY, and why is it registered in an office tower on Brickell Avenue?

Because ivy is the plant. My mother grew pothos and English ivy on every windowsill of her apartment on Coral Way, and that is where the whole thing started. "Group" is left over from 2009, when three of us split the routes and filed the LLC together. Two of them moved on years ago; renaming a Florida LLC costs more paperwork and reprinting than the name is worth, so it stayed.

The address gets the same question. 848 Brickell Ave, Suite 1000 is a small suite in a building full of law firms and investment offices — we are none of those things, and we have no connection to any of them. We took space there because that corridor is the route: the lobby downstairs and eight suites in the same tower are accounts. It is cheaper to keep the van and the staging shelves where the work is than to drive in from a warehouse every morning.

Why is the website address clispar.shop if nothing is sold here?

It was short and available when it was registered, and the ".shop" ending is misleading in our case. There is no cart, no checkout, no product page and no price you can pay on this site. Work begins with a walkthrough of your space and a signed monthly service agreement, and invoices go out after the route runs. This site exists so a property manager can see the service, the prices, the address and the phone number — then call.

This site used to describe a cleaning service. What happened to it?

Cleaning was a side line. We picked up a few contracts inside buildings where we already ran plant routes, and for a while the website was built around that instead of around the plants. It was the wrong call — it described the smaller half of the company and it had nothing to do with the name on the door. We stopped taking cleaning work and the site now describes what GROUP IVY, LLC actually does, which is put live plants into commercial interiors and keep them alive on a route. Same company, same LLC filing, same address and same phone number as before; only the description caught up with the work.

Are you a registered business? Can I verify it?

Yes, and please do. GROUP IVY, LLC is a limited liability company registered with the State of Florida under Division of Corporations document number L09000092898, filed in 2009 and currently active. The filing is public — search that number on the Florida Division of Corporations (SunBiz) site and the legal name and the 848 Brickell Ave address will match exactly what is printed at the bottom of this page. Certificate of insurance is available for buildings that require vendors to be listed.

What happens when a plant dies anyway?

It leaves in our truck and a healthy one takes its place, within ten days, at no additional charge, for as long as the account is on route. A brown plant in a lobby costs us more in reputation than the replacement costs in stock. The exception is damage that is not horticultural — a planter used as a trash can, a cleaning crew emptying coffee into the soil — and even then we will tell you what happened instead of quietly billing you.

How fast can you start, and where do you actually go?

A walkthrough usually happens within three business days of the first call, and an install can normally be staged within two weeks — sooner if the species are common. Deliveries into downtown towers go through the loading dock in the 6:00am–9:00am freight window, because that is when buildings allow it. Service area: Brickell, Downtown, Edgewater, Coral Gables, Coral Way, Doral and the rest of Miami-Dade within roughly fifteen miles of the office. Outside that radius the route stops making sense and we will say so.

Do you sell plants, ship anything, or work through a third party?

No to all three. We do not ship, we do not sell single plants to the public, and there is no broker, affiliate or marketplace between us and the customer. GROUP IVY, LLC signs the agreement, our own technicians perform the service, and the same company invoices for it.
