What we collect
- Information you send us. If you use the walkthrough request form or email us, we receive your name, email address, phone number, the type of space you are asking about and whatever details you write in the message field.
- Basic technical data. Standard web server and analytics data: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and time of visit.
- Cookies and similar identifiers. Cookies set by this site and by the third-party services described below.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health information or any other sensitive category of personal data through this website. Service is quoted after an on-site walkthrough and invoiced offline.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and schedule a walkthrough of your space.
- To prepare and send a quote, a service agreement or an invoice.
- To keep the website secure and working, and to understand which pages people actually read.
- To measure and improve our own campaigns, as described in the advertising section below.
Advertising, Google Ads and remarketing
Third-party advertising services
We promote this business through Google Ads. Google and its partners use cookies and similar identifiers to measure conversions and to serve ads for our service on other sites and apps. This may include remarketing — showing our ads to someone who previously visited clispar.shop — and audience features such as Google Analytics demographic and interest reporting.
We may also upload contact details that a customer provided to us directly, such as an email address, to Google's Customer Match service so that existing and prospective commercial accounts can be reached or excluded. Walkthrough requests and customer records are kept while the account is active and afterwards for as long as Florida tax and contract record-keeping requires, then deleted. The site is served over HTTPS, and access to inquiry data is limited to the people at GROUP IVY, LLC who handle scheduling and invoicing.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. The website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
